    Are you ready to lead rapid Kaizen events that eliminate waste and deliver fast results? This Lean Kaizen Facilitator program equips you to facilitate high-impact improvement events, coach teams on Lean tools during sessions, optimize layouts for flow, and sustain gains in real operations.


    Through immersive simulations and interactive practice, you'll master event planning, A3 thinking, value stream mapping for quick fixes, and team facilitation—becoming the go-to change agent who drives efficiency on the floor.

  • VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR-LED LABS

    Spread your learning over three weeks with a total of 40 hours of instruction. Engage in two immersive labs, each spanning five consecutive days with 4-hour sessions.

    Using Miro, a cutting-edge collaboration tool, you'll enjoy practical simulations that closely mirror the in-person experience. This format offers a comprehensive, hands-on approach with the convenience of virtual participation.

  • IN PERSON WORKSHOP

    Immerse yourself in a dynamic, face-to-face learning environment over 4.5 days. Participate in engaging simulations that reinforce Lean principles through iterative practice. This highly interactive format is perfect for those who thrive on direct interaction and hands-on experience.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify & Eliminate Waste using A3 Thinking and the 8 Wastes
  • Map Value Streams to uncover targeted opportunities
  • Plan & Facilitate Kaizen Events for rapid, measurable improvements
  • Coach teams during events and sustain changes long-term
  • Optimize layouts for better flow and pull systems

EARNING CEU CREDITS

To earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the course, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Achieve Required Score: Participants must complete all presentations and pass quizzes with a minimum score of 80%.
  • Full Attendance: Participants must attend all scheduled sessions without exception.
  • Active Participation: Engagement and meaningful contribution in all course activities are mandatory.

By fulfilling these requirements, participants will be awarded:

  • 4.0 CEU and 11.5 PDU credits for the course.
  • The official completion certificate.

    Explore the A3 problem-solving approach, identify different types of waste, and understand how to map and enhance the value stream.
  2. Understanding Flow, Pull, and Kaizen Facilitation
    Learn the principles of creating smooth process flow, implementing pull systems, and facilitating Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
  3. Sustainability and Lean Leadership Principles
    Discover strategies for sustaining Lean improvements and develop leadership skills to drive a culture of Lean thinking and practice.

CERTIFICATE / COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

To earn your Lean Practitioner certification, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Certificate of Completion: Successfully complete the course to receive a certificate that includes accredited Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits.
  2. Assessment Success: Achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on all quizzes and exams, where applicable.
  3. Workshop Participation: Attend and actively participate in all scheduled workshops to gain hands-on experience and insights.
  4. Course Engagement: Engage thoroughly in all course modules, ensuring comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of the learning objectives.

These requirements are designed to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from the course and are well-equipped with the Lean skills needed to drive meaningful change in your organization.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lean Methods reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or change instructors. We will try to notify you at least six weeks prior to the course start date. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel-related expenses, if any, due to course adjustments.

Participant Cancellations

All cancellations are eligible for a transfer to another course or credit for future use, regardless of timing.

No-Show Policy

The full course fee is non-transferable or credited without prior notice.
