EARNING CEU CREDITS

To earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the electives taken as part of this program, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Attendance: Participants must attend all instructor-led sessions.
  • Participation: Active and full contribution to all instructional activities is required.
  • CEUs and PDUs will vary by classes selected.

These units are essential for professional growth and certification maintenance, ensuring learners gain the most from their educational experience.

AGENDA

As a candidate for the MBB program, you are required to complete the Toolmaster course and choose three other electives tailored to your personal goals and expectations, with guidance available from a Lean Methods’ MBB to help you make informed decisions.

Notably, the cost of the program includes any additional certifications earned through each elective course, providing comprehensive value and recognition for your achievements.

CERTIFICATE / COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

To earn your Master Black Belt certification, you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Course Completion: Successfully complete all advanced courses, required electives, and additional electives to earn your certificate along with accredited Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits.
  2. Assessment Proficiency: Achieve a minimum score of 80% on all quizzes and exams for the selected course and electives to demonstrate your mastery of the material.
  3. Practical Application: Complete two Black Belt projects and one Master Black Belt project, showcasing your advanced application of Lean principles and demonstrating significant organizational improvements.
  4. Final Project Presentation: Deliver a comprehensive presentation of your final project, highlighting your learning and achievements throughout the program.
  5. Professional Endorsements: Obtain three nominations from a supervisor, peer, and mentor/coach, affirming your competence and readiness to lead complex Lean transformations.

These requirements ensure you acquire deep expertise and practical experience, equipping you with the leadership skills necessary to drive strategic initiatives within your organization.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lean Methods reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or change instructors. We will try to notify you at least six weeks prior to the course start date. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel-related expenses, if any, due to course adjustments.

Participant Cancellations

All cancellations are eligible for a transfer to another course or credit for future use, regardless of timing.

No-Show Policy

The full course fee is non-transferable or credited without prior notice.
