  • VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR-LED LABS

    Learn from anywhere with our engaging virtual format, designed for flexibility and convenience. The course is delivered in two sessions, each consisting of 5 half-day (4-hour) sessions, spread out over the course of a month. This format features live, instructor-led sessions, interactive discussions, and digital tools to ensure a dynamic and immersive learning experience. You’ll gain the same practical knowledge and skills as the in-person format, with the added benefit of remote participation.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

EARNING CEU CREDITS

To earn CEU credits and the completion certificate for the course, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Achieve Required Score: Participants must complete all presentations and pass quizzes with a minimum score of 80%.
  • Full Attendance: Participants must attend all scheduled sessions without exception.

By fulfilling these requirements, participants will be awarded:

  • 3.6 CEU and 8.5 PDU credits for the course.
  • The official completion certificate.

Agile Execution

  • Fundamentals of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Writing user stories and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Practicing Scrum ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint reviews).

Measuring and Sustaining Success

  • Understanding Agile metrics and tracking progress.
  • Articulating value and reporting outcomes.
  • Capstone project: Developing an integrated action plan.

CERTIFICATE / COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Receive a certificate of completion with accredited CEU credits if the following criteria are met:

  • Achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on quizzes and exams (if applicable).
  • Attendance and active participation in the workshop.

COURSE INCLUSIONS

Completion Certificate: Receive a formal recognition of your achievement with a certificate upon successfully passing the quizzes and exam, solidifying your credentials.

Lean Methods reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or change instructors. We will try to notify you at least six weeks prior to the course start date. Please note that we are not responsible for any travel-related expenses, if any, due to course adjustments.

Participant Cancellations

All cancellations are eligible for a transfer to another course or credit for future use, regardless of timing.

No-Show Policy

The full course fee is non-transferable or credited without prior notice.
